House Manager

Responsibilities

• Own weekly meal planning, grocery shopping, and ingredient prep for approximately four dinners per week
• Manage household organization, including daily resets, laundry, and creating organizational systems
• Coordinate home vendors, contractors, and property maintenance schedules
• Handle household errands, inventory management, and subscription orders
• Provide family support including school activity pickups and preparing children's gear
• Oversee pet care for two large dogs and manage family vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Up to date on recommended vaccinations (Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis A/B)
• CPR and First Aid certification (cost covered upon hire)
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Comfortable working around large dogs
• Authorized to work in the United States
