House Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and well-functioning home environment including tidying and resetting rooms daily
• Oversee organization of closets, drawers, pantry, and storage areas
• Manage household inventory and restock supplies
• Coordinate with home vendors and handle errands such as returns and deliveries
• Plan, shop for, and prepare 2–3 simple, healthy, paleo-inspired, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals per week
• Perform laundry duties including washing, folding, and ironing
• Provide light pet care including dog walks and keeping supplies stocked
• Assist with travel planning, packing, and house sitting

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working around pets (small dog and cat)
• Strong cooking skills with experience in paleo, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets
• Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
