About the role
Responsibilities
- Support morning routines including breakfast prep and school readiness
- Provide occasional school drop-off support and backup childcare
- Manage household organization, decluttering, and rotation of children's gear
- Execute daily household resets, including dishes, surfaces, and tidying
- Manage laundry, linens, and household consumable inventory
- Perform meal prep twice per week, including batch cooking and school lunches
- Handle errands, package returns, and grocery pickups
- Manage household calendars, school communications, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with weekly cleaners and household vendors
Requirements
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Calendar, Notion, and communication apps
- CPR and First Aid certified; willing to train on EpiPen use
- Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable navigating a multi-level townhouse with stairs
