House Manager

Responsibilities

• Support morning routines including breakfast prep and school readiness
• Provide occasional school drop-off support and backup childcare
• Manage household organization, decluttering, and rotation of children's gear
• Execute daily household resets, including dishes, surfaces, and tidying
• Manage laundry, linens, and household consumable inventory
• Perform meal prep twice per week, including batch cooking and school lunches
• Handle errands, package returns, and grocery pickups
• Manage household calendars, school communications, and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate with weekly cleaners and household vendors

Requirements

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Calendar, Notion, and communication apps
• CPR and First Aid certified; willing to train on EpiPen use
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable navigating a multi-level townhouse with stairs
