House Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organization systems and perform daily resets/tidying
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and meal prep support
• Handle laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing/decor swaps
• Provide backup support for school pickups, drop-offs, and occasional childcare
• Oversee household vendors, contractors, and property maintenance
• Manage administrative tasks including travel planning and calendar management
• Perform vehicle upkeep and light deep cleaning projects

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Comfortable with water safety (pool on property)
• Comfortable and not allergic to cats
