House Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organization systems in high-traffic areas like the mudroom, kitchen, and playroom
• Perform daily resets including light tidying, dishes, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming
• Prepare the home for bi-weekly cleaning services
• Manage household maintenance tasks such as changing batteries, light bulbs, and smoke detectors
• Handle occasional deep cleaning tasks including baseboards, ovens, and refrigerators
• Monitor household supplies and manage shared shopping lists
• Assist with meal support by chopping produce and cleaning up meal prep areas
• Manage laundry organization by putting away towels and bedding
• Provide pet care support including monitoring robotic litter boxes and managing pet supplies
• Coordinate donation drop-offs and let in service professionals

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working around dogs and cats
• Proactive mindset with strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Willingness to undergo a background check
