House Manager

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve household organization systems
• Perform daily home resets, light tidying, and vacuuming
• Manage inventory, grocery deliveries, and household subscriptions
• Prepare 3-4 simple dinner options per week and perform grocery shopping
• Handle full laundry, linen rotation, and occasional ironing
• Manage pet care including litter box cleaning and vet scheduling
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Coordinate with vendors, landscapers, and contractors
• Provide basic administrative support including calendar coordination and receipt tracking

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy with comfort using ChatGPT
• Comfortable working around cats
• Experience with meal planning, household organization, and vendor coordination
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
