House Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all family laundry including washing, drying, folding, and linen rotation
• Support meal prep by planning dinners, grocery shopping, and prepping ingredients
• Perform daily resets of the main floor including tidying, vacuuming, and dishwasher management
• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies via Amazon, Target, and Shipt
• Coordinate family schedules using Gmail and Skylight calendars
• Schedule medical and dental appointments
• Maintain household organization systems for closets, pantry, and toys
• Handle errands including returns, prescription pickups, and mail management
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and vendor services (pest control, HVAC, etc.)
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and seasonal organization projects

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
• Up to date on recommended vaccinations (Tdap, MMR, Hep A/B, COVID-19, influenza)
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check
