House Manager/Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage daily home upkeep, regular cleaning, and organization to maintain a welcoming environment
• Handle errands including groceries, dry cleaning, mail, deliveries, and household shopping
• Coordinate with vendors and manage small home projects or maintenance appointments
• Provide personal administrative support, including calendar management and travel logistics
• Assist with travel planning and coordination between Puerto Rico and Miami
• Perform basic tasks such as watering plants and caring for the family dog
• Track personal expenses and organize receipts for monthly review

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a personal assistant, lifestyle manager, or household support role
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and basic spreadsheets
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Possession of a personal laptop
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work proactively without micromanagement
