About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personal and executive assistant support including calendar management, email triage, and travel coordination
- Manage household operations, organization systems, and daily resets
- Oversee short-term rental properties, including guest communications, cleaning coordination, and listing management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and household staff for property maintenance and repairs
- Perform pet care duties including daily walks, feeding, and grooming appointments
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail organization, expense tracking, and digital filing
- Manage laundry, linen care, meal planning, and grocery shopping
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and household inventory
Requirements
- Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
