House Manager & Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage household and personal calendars, including coordination with nanny and service providers
• Serve as a proactive ADHD accountability partner for deadlines and reminders
• Handle household organization, daily tidying, and laundry
• Manage grocery shopping, meal preparation (vegan), and pantry restocking
• Oversee pet care including feeding, walking, and medication administration
• Coordinate household vendors, repairs, and maintenance tasks
• Manage specialized outdoor gear and travel logistics
• Conduct regular oversight and preparation of a mountain property
• Provide light backup childcare coverage in emergency situations

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Fully vaccinated (CDC-recommended, including COVID-19 and flu)
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Fragrance-free or willing to avoid fragranced products
• Comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive, and nontraditional household
