House Manager & Meal Prep Support

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and storage
• Reset and tidy rooms daily and prepare home for cleaning services
• Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks focusing on whole foods
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
• Manage laundry, linen care, and occasional ironing
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors for home maintenance
• Provide occasional childcare gap coverage and daycare pickups
• Conduct occasional deep cleaning and special organizational projects

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID, Flu, and MMR
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in household management or professional domestic support
• Experience supporting children
• Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills
