House Manager & Meal Prep Support

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and daily resets
• Perform light tidying, laundry, and linen rotation
• Provide "ready-to-cook" meal prep including washing, peeling, and chopping produce
• Batch lunch salads, smoothie prep, and snack preparation
• Manage grocery orders, pickups, and organized pantry/fridge inventory
• Handle household errands including returns, dry cleaning, and mail
• Oversee household vendors such as cleaners and contractors
• Manage household subscriptions and supply restocking

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Adherence to a fragrance-free household
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working around children
• Ability to pass a background check
