House Manager & Family Assistant with Childcare Support

Responsibilities

• Provide afternoon school pickups and childcare support for two children
• Prepare healthy meals, snacks, and school lunches
• Manage household organization, including laundry, linens, and tidying high-traffic areas
• Handle household errands, grocery shopping, and supply management
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks and maintenance of appliances
• Provide administrative support including calendar tracking and camp registrations

Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Willingness to sign an NDA
• Background check required

Preferred Qualifications

• Early childhood education background or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in French or Spanish
• Previous experience in household management or high-level family assistance
