House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Manage full-service laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing
• Prepare Home Chef meals three times per week and prep healthy snacks following keto/low-carb guidelines
• Maintain household inventory and manage subscriptions for Amazon, Costco, and Target
• Handle errands including returns, gift shopping, and dry cleaning
• Provide daily feeding, walking, and weekly bathing for two large dogs
• Manage vehicle upkeep including car washes and maintenance scheduling
• Provide backup childcare on evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal transportation for errands
• Comfortable working with young children and large dogs
• Ability to pass a background check
