House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Reset and tidy rooms daily, including dishwasher, surfaces, and vacuuming
• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Care for indoor plants and perform occasional deep cleaning
• Manage household supply lists, restock supplies, and manage subscriptions
• Run errands including returns, gift shopping, and bank deposits
• Wash, fold, and organize laundry and linens
• Walk and play with dogs daily and manage pet supplies
• Provide occasional transportation for camps and activities
• Coordinate with vendors and serve as on-site contact for repairs
• Track receipts and coordinate appointments via calendar

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain a non-toxic, fragrance-free environment
• Comfortable working with dogs
• Proactive, organized, and emotionally intelligent personality
