House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage laundry and linen care, including sorting, stain treatment, and organizing systems
• Maintain household organization through daily resets, tidying, and dedicated weekly projects
• Handle household inventory, grocery ordering, and miscellaneous errands
• Provide meal support including packing school lunches and ingredient prep
• Offer light afternoon family support and childcare as needed
• Perform pet care duties such as feeding and yard access
• Provide administrative support by tracking household calendars and expenses

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior experience working with children of varying ages, including infants and toddlers
• Up to date on Tdap and MMR vaccinations
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
