House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide family support including school pickups, activity drop-offs, and after-school supervision
• Manage meal support by planning and preparing healthy after-school snacks and dinners
• Handle laundry and linens including washing, folding, ironing, and rotating bedding
• Maintain household organization through daily tidying, clutter pickup, and managing organizational systems
• Oversee household inventory, restocking pantry and household supplies, and managing subscriptions
• Act as on-site point of contact for vendors like cleaners and landscapers
• Perform pet care duties including occasional feeding and walking
• Provide administrative support by managing family calendars and tracking expenses

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Up to date MMR and annual flu shot vaccinations
• Comfortable working in a home with a dog
