House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and toys
• Reset and tidy rooms daily and ensure home is prepped for cleaning services
• Conduct seasonal swaps for clothing, décor, and bedding
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Manage household orders via Amazon, Costco, and Target
• Run errands including grocery shopping, returns, and dry cleaning
• Plan and prep healthy meals and snacks for adults and children
• Batch cook freezer meals and manage kitchen tidiness
• Manage family laundry, linens, and organization
• Oversee pet care for two cats
• Research and coordinate home repairs and maintenance vendors
• Provide backup childcare and school/activity pick-ups or drop-offs
• Perform occasional deep cleaning and special organization projects

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to swim for pool safety
• Major vaccinations required
• Experience with household management and meal prep

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification
