House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and maintain household organization systems
• Perform daily resets, light tidying, and laundry management
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and online orders
• Prepare two dinners per week and prep healthy snacks/lunches for children
• Coordinate vendor appointments, contractor logistics, and household maintenance
• Provide light backup childcare and manage playroom activities
• Handle administrative tasks including calendar management and travel planning
• Assist with pet care and vehicle upkeep

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfort with pets (cats and potentially a dog)
• Authorized to work in the United States
