House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems for kids' rooms, pantry, and storage
• Reset and tidy rooms daily and coordinate with service providers
• Plan and prep healthy, gluten-free, protein-forward meals at least 3 nights per week
• Manage groceries, household inventory, and online orders
• Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and gift shopping
• Handle laundry, linen care, and organization of kids' clothing
• Manage family trailer organization and trip preparation
• Provide backup childcare and transport children to weekly activities
• Perform light pet care including litter box maintenance

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Successful completion of a background check
• Up to date on routine vaccinations
• CPR/first aid certification
• Reliable transportation
