House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization systems for closets, pantry, and kids' spaces
• Track and restock household supplies, groceries, and essentials
• Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and returns
• Perform daily resets such as tidying, dishes, and vacuuming
• Wash, prep, and chop fruits and vegetables for meals
• Prepare one simple healthy crockpot or sheet pan meal per week
• Provide occasional backup adult presence and light supervision for children
• Manage laundry, linen care, and kids' closet organization
• Assist with pet care including feeding and walking
• Coordinate with vendors and manage household subscriptions

Requirements

• Able to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Comfortable working around dogs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Up-to-date on routine vaccinations preferred
• Ability to sign an NDA
• Willingness to undergo a background check
