House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated childcare, school transportation, and age-appropriate activity planning
• Prepare healthy family dinners, toddler meals, and morning smoothies
• Manage household organization, daily resets, and seasonal transitions
• Oversee family calendar, travel logistics, and vendor coordination
• Handle laundry, linen care, and garment maintenance
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and errands
• Provide pet care, including vet appointments and backup walking
• Maintain family vehicle upkeep and perform occasional deep cleaning projects

Requirements

• Robust childcare experience, specifically with toddlers
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid U.S. passport for occasional international travel
• Reliable personal transportation with a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Compliance with vaccination requirements (COVID-19, flu, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking skills
• Background in swimming instruction
• Experience with bilingual child development
