House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage household organization, daily resets, and light tidying
• Perform meal planning and batch cooking twice per week
• Handle full family laundry, including washing, folding, and linen rotation
• Provide family support including school pick-ups and light childcare supervision
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and errands
• Oversee property maintenance, including pool care and vendor coordination
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and administrative tasks like budget tracking

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Up-to-date vaccinations (general/flu)
• Childcare experience
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to manage strict dietary allergens
