House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide family support including pick-ups, drop-offs, and light childcare supervision
• Manage household organization systems and perform daily resets of common areas
• Execute light cleaning, laundry, linen care, and occasional deep cleaning projects
• Handle meal planning, healthy meal prep, and grocery shopping
• Manage household inventory, errands, mail, and package handling
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and seasonal property maintenance

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Fully vaccinated (including COVID and flu)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience with infants and toddlers using Montessori principles
• Ability to pass a background check
