House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and toys
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and coordinate with service providers
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and errand running
• Prepare healthy, vegetable-forward meals and snacks for adults and child
• Handle all family laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Provide daily childcare including preschool pickup and transportation to activities
• Plan engaging, developmentally-minded activities and outings
• Perform occasional deep cleaning and organization projects
• Provide basic pet support for two large dogs

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement and adhere to no social media posting
• Comfort working in a home with two large dogs
• Experience as a house manager or nanny
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
