House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems for pantry, fridge, garage, and kids' spaces
• Perform daily tidying, dishes, surface wiping, and vacuuming
• Manage meal planning, grocery shopping, and batch meal prep 2-3 times per week
• Handle all family laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and steaming
• Provide pet care including walking dogs, managing medications, and scheduling vet appointments
• Offer light childcare supervision and backup support as needed
• Manage household inventory, errands, and vendor coordination for property maintenance
• Assist with event support, holiday decor, and family travel packing/unpacking

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation (family vehicle available for work tasks)
• Comfortable working with young children and dogs
• Ability to work occasional evenings for childcare support

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification
