House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal planning, recipe testing, and preparation following vegetarian, vegan, and Gujarati dietary guidelines
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and tidiness post-prep
• Organize family paperwork, photos, and digital files
• Manage family email inboxes and handle online purchases, returns, and tracking
• Assist with personal and family travel planning and logistics
• Handle basic budgeting, receipt tracking, and event coordination
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, registration, and insurance schedules

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke, drug, and alcohol-free environment
• Ability to pass a background check
• Safe and reliable transportation
• Up-to-date on routine vaccinations
• Comfortable with technology
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
