House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and toys
• Reset and tidy rooms daily to ensure the home is prepped for the next day
• Manage inventory and restock pantry, toiletries, and household supplies
• Run errands including grocery shopping, returns, and gift shopping
• Prepare healthy, protein-forward meals and assist with meal prep and batch cooking
• Handle laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing
• Provide pet care including feeding, bathing, and coordinating vet appointments
• Oversee vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Supervise service providers and coordinate home repairs
• Provide flexible childcare support and light supervision
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special organization projects

• Reliable transportation for errands
