House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and storage
• Perform daily tidying, laundry, linen care, and ironing
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and errands
• Plan and prepare healthy, kid-friendly meals and batch-cook weekly
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Manage vendor upkeep and seasonal property maintenance
• Provide administrative support including calendar awareness and basic expense tracking
• Offer occasional light childcare and twice-monthly date night coverage

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Comfortable working around dogs
• Reliable transportation for errands
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• General vaccinations
