House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily tidiness and reset key areas like the kitchen and playroom
• Create and maintain household systems for closets, pantry, and toy organization
• Oversee family calendars and coordinate household vendors
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
• Plan and prep healthy, balanced meals and school lunches
• Manage family laundry and linen care
• Provide light childcare, play supervision, and occasional school pickups
• Assist with administrative tasks, travel logistics, and event coordination

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Up to date on COVID and flu vaccinations
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or overnight coverage
• Willingness to undergo a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in childhood education
• Experience with childcare
