House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and storage
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and vendor coordination
• Plan and prepare healthy family meals and batch cook school lunches
• Manage grocery shopping, errands, and household inventory
• Handle laundry, ironing, and linen management
• Provide pet care including feeding and coordinating vet/grooming appointments
• Assist with school/activity pick-ups and light childcare supervision
• Manage administrative tasks such as travel planning and event coordination
• Perform occasional deep cleaning and special organization projects

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with a personal vehicle
• Up-to-date general vaccinations (TDAP, MMR)
• Comfortable and kind with children
• Comfortable working with dogs
