House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems for closets, pantry, and storage
• Reset and tidy rooms daily and maintain overall home neatness
• Manage laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Coordinate household orders and run errands including groceries and dry cleaning
• Plan and prep dinner meals 2-3x per week and pack school lunches
• Provide morning support for school readiness and assist with school/activity drop-offs and pickups
• Manage pet care including feeding and walking the family dog
• Schedule and supervise service providers such as cleaners and contractors
• Assist with administrative tasks like travel planning and summer camp registrations

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving children in a personal vehicle
• Comfortable working around dogs
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Prior experience in household management or as a family assistant
• Ability to pass a background check
