About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets of high-traffic areas
- Coordinate weekly cleaning services and manage seasonal clothing or décor swaps
- Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks and organize storage areas like the garage
- Manage pantry inventory, grocery shopping, and household supply orders
- Prepare four fresh dinners per week and pack school lunches with a focus on healthy, homemade ingredients
- Manage all laundry, folding, and linen rotation
- Oversee vendor relationships, including cleaners, landscapers, and home repair contractors
- Provide administrative support including travel planning, calendar management, and business-related paperwork
Requirements
- Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Comfort working in a Christian household
- Strong background in household management and organization
- Proactive, organized, and able to work with minimal direction
- Ability to pass a background check
