House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare 3–4 healthy family dinners per week
• Shop for groceries and household staples, including Costco runs
• Adapt meals for dietary needs such as lactose intolerance
• Provide occasional school and activity pickup/drop-off support
• Schedule and manage household appointments and family calendars
• Coordinate and research home maintenance projects
• Handle online shopping, vendor communication, and local errands
• Support family laundry including washing, drying, and folding
• Rotate and restock household essentials
• Manage occasional deep-clean or organization projects
• Oversee or liaise with service providers like cleaners and landscapers

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Successful completion of a background check
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Proactive and independent work style
• Tech-savvy with ability to use shared apps and digital calendars
• Strong communication and organizational skills
