House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan and prep healthy meal components for approximately 3 family dinners per week
• Grocery shop for meal prep and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Maintain organization systems for closets, pantry, and kids' spaces
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and seasonal swaps
• Coordinate and supervise service providers and vendors
• Perform light household tasks including plant care, vacuuming, and dishwashing
• Assist with school/activity pickups and occasional backup childcare
• Manage household errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and returns
• Handle laundry, ironing, and organization of household linens
• Manage household supplies, orders, and vehicle maintenance schedules

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Successful completion of a background check
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Up-to-date routine vaccinations
• Proactive and independent work style
• Tech-savvy with comfort using shared apps
• Strong communication and organizational skills
