House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in primary and secondary homes
• Handle light laundry, steaming, and ironing
• Manage household inventory, groceries, and toiletries
• Supervise and coordinate with service providers and vendors
• Run errands including grocery shopping, returns, and dry cleaning
• Support meal planning and prepare healthy meals and snacks
• Provide pet care for a Cavapoo, including walking and vet appointments
• Assist with school pick-ups, drop-offs, and backup childcare
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Provide administrative support for travel planning and family events

• Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
