About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide engaged, reliable after-school care for two elementary-aged children
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks and manage grocery shopping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
- Partner with housekeeper to maintain an organized home and create efficiency systems
- Manage household schedules, supplies, errands, and routine tasks
- Coordinate service providers, maintenance, and property oversight
- Assist with event planning, seasonal decorating, and gift management
- Handle administrative tasks including calendar management and expense tracking
- Assist with travel preparation including packing and gear management
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Prior experience managing a household
- Trusted childcare experience
- Strong cooking skills focused on nutritious, family-friendly meals
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Experience in roles such as House Manager, Family Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Nanny
