House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee appointments with contractors, landscapers, and service providers
• Perform daily household resets, light tidying, and maintain organization systems
• Manage pet care including walking, vet appointments, and administering medications
• Handle grocery shopping, pantry restocking, and household supply orders
• Prepare 1-2 hot dinners per week and assist with meal prep
• Manage laundry, linens, and vehicle upkeep
• Provide administrative support including travel planning and calendar management
• Perform occasional deep cleaning and seasonal property maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Must be pet-friendly
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to perform occasional outdoor tasks like mowing or shoveling

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with comfort using AI tools for efficiency
• Experience in household management or personal assistant roles
• Ability to work independently with minimal micromanagement
