House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Reset and tidy rooms daily and maintain overall home neatness
• Manage laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing
• Plan and prep healthy meals and snacks for children, including packing school lunches
• Shop for groceries and manage household inventory and supply lists
• Maintain household organization systems for closets, pantry, and toys
• Assist with child-related tasks, including school prep and occasional pick-ups/drop-offs
• Coordinate household orders and manage vendor/property oversight
• Handle basic budgeting or receipt tracking for household expenses

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Up-to-date vaccinations (standard, COVID, and flu)
• Ability to use a family vehicle for errands
• Commitment to cleanliness and child health protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
