House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Perform daily resets and light tidying including dishes and vacuuming
• Manage household inventory and restock pantry, fridge, and supplies
• Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and gift shopping
• Plan and prep healthy meals and snacks aligned with family health goals
• Manage laundry, including washing, folding, and garment care
• Act as point of contact for cleaners, contractors, and landscapers
• Provide occasional backup for school pick-ups, drop-offs, and childcare
• Assist with pet sitting when the family is away

Requirements

• Prior experience in household management
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation for errands
• Proactive self-starter capable of working independently
• Ability to pass a background check
