House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Perform daily resets, light tidying, and laundry care
• Prepare healthy, high-protein snacks and handle grocery shopping
• Manage household inventory, errands, and package management
• Execute occasional deep cleaning and special organization projects
• Oversee property maintenance tasks like watering plants and cleaning outdoor furniture
• Provide administrative support including receipt tracking and calendar awareness

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation for errands
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Ability to follow dietary restrictions (Celiac and shellfish allergy)

Preferred Qualifications

• Vaccinations preferred (general, COVID, Flu)
• Experience in household management or personal assistant roles
• Ability to work proactively in a high-energy environment with teenagers
