House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide family support including light childcare supervision and kid-related errands
• Manage household organization, daily resets, and seasonal swaps
• Handle laundry, linens, and special garment care
• Plan and prepare 3-5 dinners per week and manage grocery orders
• Oversee household inventory, errands, and subscription orders
• Perform deep cleaning projects and organizational tasks
• Provide pet care including feeding, walking, and dog sitting
• Manage vehicle maintenance and vendor/contractor oversight
• Offer administrative support for travel planning and expense tracking
• Assist with family travel and airport logistics approximately monthly

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Current vaccinations including Tdap
• Experience working in a fragrance-free environment
