House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily tidying
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and errand running
• Prepare healthy snacks and protein-forward meals 3-4x per week and school lunches 5x per week
• Handle laundry, ironing, and special garment care
• Provide backup childcare, including school pick-ups and extracurricular transportation
• Manage pet care including feeding, walking, and grooming appointments
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, including fueling and cleaning
• Assist with administrative tasks and family calendar coordination

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement
• General vaccinations
• Strong swimming skills
• Comfort with children and dogs
• Experience with cooking and organization
