House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and toy storage
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and vendor coordination
• Manage inventory and restock household supplies, groceries, and toiletries
• Perform errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and returns
• Plan and prep healthy snacks and school lunches
• Handle family laundry, linen care, and uniform preparation
• Provide pet care including midday walks and grooming coordination
• Assist with school and activity pick-ups and drop-offs
• Provide light childcare supervision and homework oversight
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Support administrative tasks such as travel research and appointment scheduling

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving children in a personal or family SUV
• Comfortable working around dogs
• Ability to pass a background check
