House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and storage
• Reset and tidy rooms to maintain overall home order
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Prepare simple, healthy, family-friendly meals and snacks
• Manage full family laundry system including clothing, bedding, and towels
• Support care for two dogs
• Ensure vehicles are maintained, cleaned, and organized weekly
• Coordinate and communicate with household vendors
• Provide light childcare support and assist with school-related prep
• Assist with scheduling, household logistics, and travel planning

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Comfortable working in a home with pets (2 dogs)
• Experience working with young children and in private home environments
• Ability to follow dietary needs (gluten-free / celiac awareness)
