House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization systems in closets, storage, pantry, and sports gear
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and vendor coordination
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Plan and prep healthy meals and snacks for adults and teens
• Manage family laundry, including washing, folding, and ironing
• Provide daily pet care including feeding and walking dogs
• Assist with travel planning, logistics, and school/activity pick-ups
• Coordinate property turnover and maintenance for the family's second home in Virginia

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Experience in household management, fine dining, or similar service roles
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency with digital tools like Google Calendar, Amazon, and Instacart
• Must be comfortable working with dogs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or wine management
• Experience managing wine cellars
