House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain household organization systems for closets, storage, and pantry
• Manage and update the Skylight calendar daily to ensure alignment with family schedules
• Plan and prepare healthy, from-scratch meals and snacks, including school lunches
• Track and restock household supplies, groceries, and toiletries using digital inventory lists
• Maintain weekly laundry rhythm including washing, drying, folding, and seasonal closet organization
• Provide after-school care, homework support, and transportation for children to extracurricular activities
• Manage pet care including feeding, walking, and scheduling vet visits
• Coordinate with household vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
• Oversee vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and service schedules
• Handle administrative tasks such as basic budgeting, receipt tracking, and gift purchasing

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in a nurturing and structured environment
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation for errands and child pick-up/drop-off
• Comfortable working in a home with pets
• Tech-savvy with ability to use household apps and digital calendars
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on family needs
• High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
