House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school pickups, drop-offs, and transportation for extracurricular activities
• Support after-school routines, including homework assistance and daily transitions
• Prepare simple, family-friendly dinners and pack school lunches following kosher guidelines
• Manage family laundry, clothing organization, and seasonal transitions
• Oversee family calendars, vendor coordination, and recurring household maintenance
• Handle grocery shopping, household inventory, and various errands
• Manage vehicle maintenance, including cleaning, fueling, and service scheduling
• Provide occasional overnight care (1–2 nights per month)

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Successful completion of a background check
• Excellent driving record and a safe, reliable vehicle for job-related driving
• Experience in childcare, education, or household management
• Ability to follow kosher household guidelines
• High level of organization and proactive communication skills
