House Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household systems for closets, pantry, and kids' spaces
• Plan and prep simple, healthy family dinners five days a week
• Manage grocery shopping, errands, returns, and household inventory
• Handle laundry, linen care, and seasonal wardrobe swaps
• Provide pet care including walks, training reinforcement, and vet appointments
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and coordinate with home contractors/vendors
• Assist with family logistics, school paperwork, and occasional backup childcare
• Support travel logistics, including research, packing, and unpacking

Requirements

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, and Android apps
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Up-to-date on vaccinations (COVID, flu, etc.)
• Comfortable with dogs and children
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Discretion and commitment to family privacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager, executive assistant, or in a tech-adjacent field
• College education
• Experience managing busy households or supporting high-level professionals
