House Manager + Canine Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport dogs to veterinary and chemotherapy appointments
• Manage dog logistics including boarding and trainer facilities
• Prepare 3-4 Mediterranean-style dinners per week and manage grocery shopping
• Research, hire, and manage household contractors and service providers
• Oversee household organization projects and implement functional systems
• Manage household inventory, errands, mail, and prescription pickups
• Oversee existing housekeeper and coordinate seasonal outdoor care
• Provide administrative support for personal logistics and life administration
• Maintain vehicle upkeep, including scheduling maintenance and fueling

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Comfortable working with large, special needs rescue dogs
• Ability to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Comfortable working independently in a private residence
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-level discretion and confidentiality
• Savviness with home technology (TVs, stereo speakers, etc.)
• Experience in household management or personal assistant roles
